I joined ENT Ballarat in 2012 after moving from London. As surgical coordinator my role is to guide patients through the process of preparing for surgery. When surgery is recommended as a treatment plan it can be quite overwhelming.

My aim is to make our patients journey smoother by navigating all the options available as a private or public patient. Assisting with the information, paperwork, dates and estimated costs. I also work closely with the hospitals and health funds as well as engaging with front desk activities from time to time. Our open office space lets us communicate with each other freely and jump in to assist  patients as needed. As one of three Rebeccas at ENT Ballarat communication is especially the key!
