I joined the team at ear nose throat Ballarat in 2016 having previously worked in retail. I’ve really enjoyed the career change and the opportunity to develop my knowledge of the Australian healthcare system and the medical speciality of ent (ear nose and throat).  Being able to apply my knowledge and skills to help patients navigate what can be an overwhelming and confusing process is very rewarding. Patients are very appreciative when you take the time and go that extra step to help them understand what they need to do before and after their appointment with our specialists.
